This is very intense and you may not be able to go all the way right at the start but eventually with time and practice you’ll be able to go deeper into the move. Remember to exercise caution and to always have a spotter when you do this exercise.

These two simple exercises done daily will help you get rock hard, defined abdominal muscles and a slim mid-section. Remember to do them every day and commit to doing this for 15 minutes per day every single day for the next 3 months. Put it into your daily schedule and you’ll never look back.
